Habaki and Menuki for the Prototype are here

We chose to go with brass on the first prototype to establish a base line. Of course Copper and Sterling-Silver will be standard options for the Kodogu on Matsukaze. The Habaki was modelled in Fusion 360 and it took about a dozen plastic prototypes to get the fit right. The Menuki were also modelled in Autodesk fusion and show a Kamon of double pine trees. Both Menuki and Habaki are now with Manuel for patinating.
